Howdy, I’m Frauke,

I’m an introverted, recovering anxiety-driven overthinker and perfectionist who loves adventure, exploring new places, trying new skills and experiences, making connections and being silly. When life gets boring, repetitive, and mundane, I have this urge to go out and do something about it. I want excitement, I want to feel alive and I want to look back on a life well lived. And this for me includes expanding my comfort zone and exploring new things and skills. And that is exactly what I’m here to help you do: get out of your own way so you can look back on a life well lived too! And that doesn’t need to mean the same thing it does to me. On the contrary, this looks different for everyone because we are so unique and have our own idea of what a ‘life well lived’ should look like.

Now why do I feel qualified to do this? Because I have done it plenty of times for myself. From being afraid to do things by myself, to pursuing interests or passions of mine, to signing up for classes or events that scared me, to putting myself in environments where I knew no one and was expected to network, to moving across the world by myself, to asking a guy I didn’t know out on a date (by the way, he said ‘no’), to taking that trip I’ve been wanting to take for years, to starting my own business and the list goes on and on. And I know that having someone by your side to support you makes it so much easier and also gives you the butt kick you need sometimes to take action instead of staying stuck in inaction and fear, waiting for the ‘right’ moment (which we both know is a lie we are telling ourselves).

That, which we are craving, whether it’s excitement, joy, fulfillment, meaning or something else, waits on the other side of fear and 'waiting for the right moment’. These things are one decision away: getting out of your own way and taking that small step you’ve been scared of and putting off for so long. I know it’s scary, I know it isn’t easy. But you know what is scarier and even harder? Staying where you are. So let’s get this party started and let me support you in creating a life you’re fully, truly excited about!
